About BCLS

Bayside Community Legal Centre provides legal services for members of the Bayside community experiencing disadvantage. We understand the effect that separation, domestic violence, financial stress, unemployment, homelessness, and other challenges can have. As a generalist community legal centre, we can provide legal assistance to those experiencing a wide range of legal issues including family law, domestic violence, child protection, civil and criminal law matters.

Bayside Community Legal Service is an incorporated association and is a registered charity endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient.   

We receive funding from the Federal and Queensland government, but donations from clients and those who support our service are an important source of income for the running costs for the Centre.
